Barre: An effective , energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. This 60 min. class uses a ballet barre, light weights, and balls to boost your mood and your booty!
Bootcamp: 60 minute class combines cardio, strength training, plyometrics, core work, and more. The pace is quick, the class is challenging and the workout is different each day.
Core Fusion: 60 min. class combines traditional pilates, light weights, resistance bands, and balls to give you a total body workout with an emphasis on the core. This non-impact class is a great way to elongate and tone every muscle of your body and improve core strength.
Cardio Burn: 60 min of outside calorie burning cardio! This class combines running drills, hills, and circuits to improve your cardiovascular fitness and running performance. Walkers are welcome and modifications will be provided. Great for all fitness levels.
H.I.I.T: High Intensity Interval Training. 60 min of Plyometrics, Tabata, Strength Training, Core and Cardio in high intensity intervals. (This class is not appropriate for beginners.)
Low Impact Bootcamp: 45 min. Very similar to Bootcamp with lower impact exercises. Great for beginners or those dealing with injuries irritated by high impact.
Tabata: 40 min. Tabata is an equation: 20/10 x 6 = 4 min. The 20 stands for seconds of work, the 10 stands for seconds of rest and the six represents the number of rounds performed. This high intensity with elevate your heart rate and keep your body in the training zone that will burn fat and build strength.
