Stephanie has taught group exercise classes, done personal training, and designed and implemented programs for all types of clients over the past 20+ years. She holds a bachelor degree in both Health Promotion and Business Administration. Over the course of her career in fitness she has obtained many certifications including personal training certification (NSCA),group exercise certification (ACE), pilates mat (PhysicalMind), bodypump, bodystep, and bodyattack (Les Mills). Stephanie enjoys working with people who are new to fitness or trying to get back into shape. As a mother of two (and step-mother to one), she knows time is of the essence and workouts need to be quick, effective, and realistic!
